Notify Privacy Policy
Notify reads notifications and transmits their content to the Telegram bot and chat selected by the user. Transmission may occur in the background.
Operator and contact
The service operator is the NURELLIS licence provider. Requests are accepted in Notify: Support → My support requests (after activation).
Data processed
Notifications and source app; when relevant features are enabled, SMS, calls, contact names, and location; locally, bot token, CHAT ID, and settings; on the licence server, device code and model, versions, licence, battery, network, forwarding, permissions, and technical errors.
Transfer and purposes
Forwarded content is sent directly from the phone to the Telegram Bot API. The Cloudflare licence server does not receive notification or SMS content, the personal bot token, or CHAT ID. Technical data is used for licensing, diagnostics, security, updates, and recovery. Data is not sold or used for advertising. Telegram and Cloudflare may process data outside the user country.
Administrator
The administrator sees technical and licence status, manages licences, and can send diagnostics, queue retry, and restart commands. The administrator does not access the phone screen or files and cannot view notification content through the licence server.
Retention, deletion, and rights
Local data remains until app data is cleared or the app is removed. Contact support to request server-record deletion. Users may request information, correction, restriction, or deletion and exercise rights under applicable law, including KVKK.
Terms
Use is allowed only on a device owned by the user or one the user is legally authorised to manage. Covert surveillance, accessing another person messages without permission, and unlawful use are prohibited. The user is responsible for Telegram and token security. Uninterrupted delivery is not guaranteed.
Consent
Before use, the user separately acknowledges the notice, consents to required transmission, and accepts the terms. Consent may be withdrawn by stopping forwarding, revoking permissions, and contacting support.
Optional first-launch statistics
With your permission the app sends a random installation ID, version, language and whether the installation is new or updated. The server records receipt time. The administrator can count installations before activation. No phone number or notification content is sent. Declining does not restrict activation. Reinstallation may count separately. Contact support to request deletion.
